Red Hill Collective Returns Policy

Please ensure you make your selection carefully as we do not provide refunds. We do offer returns for exchange and store credits subject to the following conditions:

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Please ensure you can provide a copy of the original purchase receipt (detailing the order number, customer name, address and date of order).

 

RETURNING CONDITION

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. 

 

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for an exchange or credit, when returned to us within 14 days from your delivery date (or purchase date if shopping in store). Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All products marked down are Final Sale and have a no returns or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty. 

 

SHOES

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces. We will not accept shoe returns with sole markings or scratches. Please ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you believe your item may be faulty, please contact us with a short description and image of the fault for us to assess and provide a solution, or visit us in store with the faulty item. 

 

LODGE A RETURN

If your order meets the conditions for a return, please contact us to let us know what you would like to return, and if you would like a credit note or exchange. Please include your full name and order number. Alternatively you can visit us in store to request a return.
