Click & Collect

If you prefer to shop online, but don't want to wait for delivery, we offer click and collect as a free, convenient and fast shopping experience for local customers. 

How do I organise to click and collect my order? 

Simply select 'Pick Up' as your postage option during the checkout process. We will receive your order and payment and prepare your items for collection in store. An order confirmation will be sent through when your order is ready to be collected. 

Where do I collect my purchase from? 
All click and collect purchases can be collected from our store at 127 Eyre Street, North Ward, Townsville, 4810. Let us know you are collecting an order when you arrive.

When can I collect my purchase?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your parcel is ready for collection, normally within the hour of your order being placed. Please keep an eye out for shipping updates in your inbox and junk folders. You can then pick up your order in store during our opening hours.
